Complaints

Kingsford Legal Centre welcomes and encourages feedback on services we provide to our clients.

If you are unhappy with the service you received you can make a complaint to the Centre's Director. This should be done as soon as possible, as delays make complaints more difficult to deal with. Please write down the details of your complaint and send it to:

The Director
Kingsford Legal Centre
F8-003
UNSW Sydney NSW 2052

The Director will look at your complaint within 7 days and decide how to best respond to your complaint and make sure action is taken. You will be told what is being done to resolve your complaint and you may be contacted for more information.

We are committed to dealing with your complaint:

  • seriously;
  • quickly;
  • confidentially; and
  • without stopping your right to get more legal help from the Centre.
