Are you unhappy with the service you received from Kingsford Legal Centre?
Kingsford Legal Centre welcomes and encourages feedback on services provided to our clients. If you are unhappy with the service you received at KLC you can make a complaint to the Director Kingsford Legal Centre.
This should be done as soon as possible as delays make complaints more difficult to deal with.

The Director will look at your complaint within 7 days. You may be contacted for more information. The Director will then decide how to best respond to your complaint and make sure action is taken. You will be told what is being done to resolve your complaint.
